Seifert was first discovered by a talent scout/make-up artist at the age of 14, she was in a mall with a bunch of her friends when the scout approached her. After some screenings, Seifert got her first modeling assignment doing a print ad for an eyewear company.

She joined the Philippines' Elite Model Search and represented the Philippines in the international Elite Model Search, which was held in Nice, France.

Seifert was part of the Colgate Mintirinse ad campaign "Minti Cool" along with Anne Curtis and Aubrey Vizcarra. When Colgate decided to have a remake of that ad campaign few years later they used different girls this time, but also had a role for Michael Seifert (Sandra Seifert's brother).

She has been modeling for more than 20 fashion shoots and had written articles for magazines as well- tackling social awareness issues. She has been in numerous print ads and magazine covers. It was in her hosting job in the late night show "Master Showman," where people started recognizing her everywhere she went. Aside from Master Showman, she also did some video jockey job with the now defunct television show Campus Video. She resigned from co-hosting at Master Showman and has been traveling in and out of the Philippines after she signed up with Apple Model Management - a Thailand-based modeling agency.
