Based on experience, actually my mother’s experience, she had irregular bowel movement for the last three (3) years. Everyday she had a hard time of bowel elimination or unable to defecate daily, thus she feels full and constipated most of the time.

1. Replace first your drug and medicine or laxatives with natural products for a regular bowel movement containing organic herbs and ingredients.

2. You must exercise daily. Activity like Exercise stimulates peristalsis and exercise stregthen abdominal and pelvic muscles. Strong Abdominal and pelvic muscles are effective in increasing the intra-abdominal pressure during defecation.

3. After you wake-up every morning drink two (2) glass of water and drink plenty of water, because reduced fluid intake, resulting in hard feces.

4. Your diet should consist of foods rich in fiber. Eat fiber rich foods regularly (breakfast, lunch and dinner) like vegetables and fruits (oranges, papaya, watermelon, pineapple). Pomelo and Marang are locally available fruits in the Philippines that my mother attested which effectively helps her daily bowel elimination, maybe due to the Pomelos thicker pulp. 5. You eat only small amount of meat or much better eliminate meat in your diet.

As of now, for one(1) year now my mom has regular bowel movement and normal bowel elimination without the aid of laxatives or anti-constipation drug.
